Responsibilities Reconcile investment accounts between CRM and product providers. Create new client profiles on the CRM system. Allocate members, cases, and tasks to Financial Planning Associates and Advisors. Capture monthly death claims and minor beneficiary information. Manage assigned Financial Planning Associates’ cases effectively. Manage the central mailbox and escalate correspondence to the appropriate parties. Assist with benefit statement requests on relevant platforms. Handle all matters related to the Retirement Benefit Counselling mailbox. Field telephone calls and handle general administrative queries. Assist with arranging refreshments and meeting requirements.
