Creating bold, on-brand designs for packaging, campaigns, and communications. Translating briefs into powerful visual stories that excite customers and elevate our brands. Collaborating with photographers, printers, and marketing specialists to bring ideas to life. Managing your own design schedule to keep up with a busy, deadline-driven promotional calendar. Ensuring every file — from dieline to print — is pixel-perfect and production-ready. Staying plugged into automotive, design, and digital trends to keep our visuals fresh and relevant. A degree or diploma in Graphic Design or Marketing. 3 years’ experience in a design or marketing environment (agency, FMCG, manufacturing, or automotive industry preferred). Experience in packaging and print design (bonus points if you know your way around litho, flexo, gravure, and digital print). Adobe Creative Suite pro (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign a must; 3D design skills a plus). A sharp eye for colour, layout, and accuracy. The ability to juggle multiple projects and stay cool under tight deadlines. A team player who communicates well, thrives in an open-plan space, and can handle feedback constructively. A keen interest in the automotive world — whether it’s motorsport, engineering, or design.
