Recruitment Consultant/Talent Acquisition Specialist | BA Hons Industrial Psychology Graduate | Member of GKIHS | TEFL The SAP FS-CD Consultant will be responsible for translating business requirements into detailed functional specifications, maintaining system configurations, and ensuring smooth collections and disbursement processes within the SAP FS-CD (Financial Services – Collections and Disbursements) module. Key Responsibilities Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications for SAP FS-CD implementations. Design, configure, and maintain SAP FS-CD processes to support collections, disbursements, and related financial transactions. Perform system configuration, testing, and validation to ensure proper functionality and integration with other SAP modules. Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify process improvements and implement best practices. Provide support and troubleshooting for FS-CD-related issues to ensure uninterrupted operations. Participate in end-to-end project activities, including blueprinting, design, development, testing, and deployment. Prepare documentation, training materials, and user manuals for FS-CD processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align FS-CD processes with overall business objectives and compliance requirements. Qualifications and Experience SAP Certified in Financial Services – Collections and Disbursements (FS-CD). Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in SAP FS-CD functional consulting or implementation. Strong understanding of FS-CD integration with FI, CO, and other SAP modules. Experience in configuration, testing, and support of SAP FS-CD in production environments. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. Preferred Skills Knowledge of SAP Insurance or SAP Banking industry solutions. Experience with S/4HANA implementations or migrations. Understanding of data migration tools and methodologies related to FS-CD. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
