Work collaboratively with the IT team on improvements to internal processes and procedures. Manage and resolve support tickets within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Participate in IT-related projects, including system upgrades and migrations. Keep detailed records of IT assets, configurations, and support activities. Stay informed on the latest industry trends and technologies. Minimum Requirements At least 1 year of experience in an IT support or technician role. Working knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and common operating systems. Familiarity with helpdesk systems and remote support tools. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Awareness of IT security best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
