Packhouse Manager

An established Agriculture company within the pome industry in the beautiful Western Cape is seeking a Packhouse Manager with passion, leadership, and an excellent track record of managing fruit packing Our perfect candidate will have Matric and a relevant tertiary qualification (Agriculture, Management, etc.) as well as at least 5 years of experience in the fruit packaging industry. As the Packhouse Manager youll be optimizing packhouse production and ensuring the equipment runs smoothly overall planning, budgeting and management of all operational activities regarding the packing of fruit at the packhouse. This includes management and coaching line managers, optimal packing and management of fruit, staff management, troubleshooting equipment, control over packing materials and ensuring that the warehouse meets standards.
