Packhouse Manager Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coach line managers to achieve optimal packing and management of fruit
• Oversee staff management, including supervision and guidance
• Troubleshoot equipment to ensure smooth operation
• Control over packing materials and ensure warehouse meets standards

Requirements:

• Matric and a relevant tertiary qualification
• At least 5 years of experience in the fruit packaging industry
