IT Service Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of IT infrastructure services (networks, servers, storage, cloud environments, enterprise systems). Ensure adherence to SLAs/OLAs and implement improvements where necessary. Lead incident, problem, and change management for infrastructure services. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate agreements, and ensure compliance with procurement strategies. Drive strategic IT planning and align infrastructure services with organizational goals. Apply ITIL/ITSM best practices for optimal service delivery. Facilitate workshops and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders. What Were Looking For: 5+ years experience as an IT Service Delivery Manager in infrastructure environments. Formal qualification(s) in ITIL, ITSM, or related frameworks . Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and IT Security . Experience in managing SLAs/OLAs for both internal teams and external vendors. Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor relationship skills. Change management experience and familiarity with transformation frameworks. Preferred Qualifications: Degree in IT IT Security & Infrastructure certifications (e.g., A+, N+, Security+).
