Performance analysis : Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial data to identify opportunities for improvement and report on operational performance. Compliance : Ensure all operations comply with company policies, industry standards, and local and national regulations. Qualifications Proven work experience in operations management or a similar role. Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills. Excellent knowledge of operations management principles and organizational effectiveness. Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics. Solid understanding of industry-specific processes, quality control measures, and safety regulations. Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise between employees and management.
