Reference : SW JM-1My client, an established concern within the finance industry that provides a financing product to the automotive and insurance industry is seeking to employ a Finance / Claims Administrator. The ideal candidate will have a Matric certificate and any post-matric qualification or courses will count in your favor. Qualification Min Matric. A post-school qualification or courses will count in your favor. Experience: Not a requirement, although it will count in your favor. Description: The company provides financing to MBR's (motor body repairers – panelbeaters) by providing parts required for repairs on an approved insurance claim and also further financing once the repairs are completed to bridge the payment terms with the insurers. Responsibilities The clients upload claims onto the Portal after which the Finance / Claims Administrator receives a notification. Details must be checked with the insurer's documentation for the claim and are then made "live". Prepare all clients' payments. Clients also upload quotations for parts onto the portal, after the details have been checked, issue an authorisation for the supplier so that parts can be delivered. Ensure that money comes in from the insurer. Every day the system throws out a list of claims that have already been paid which you must follow up with the client. Log into clients' bank accounts and transfer funds from the insurer to company account and then allocate the funds to the claims that have been paid on the system. Manage clients so that they stay within their limits, their claims do not "default" due to payments not coming in and that all claims that are sent out are paid to them. The Finance / Claims Administrator is responsible for managing the clients' transactions and facilities and handling all enquiries, as well as following up on all transactions for completion and payment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
