We are looking for an exceptional CRO Manager to turn traffic into leads and leads into cases for their law firm clients. In this remote role, you will own and execute conversion optimization strategies to maximize website performance and marketing funnel efficiency. You’ll work closely with PPC, SEO, and web development teams to create data-driven experiments, implement UX/UI improvements, and drive measurable conversion rate growth. You will report to our VP, Client Strategy . Core Responsibilities: Develop and execute CRO strategy to increase the conversion rate of law firm websites, landing pages, and intake funnels. Conduct in-depth conversion audits to identify barriers to conversion and areas of opportunity. Analyze website and landing page performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Microsoft Clarity. Create and manage A/B tests and multivariate experiments to improve conversion rates across different user touchpoints. Optimize landing pages and website design for better user experience (UX) and higher engagement. Work with designers and developers to implement CRO-driven design and functionality improvements. Leverage heatmaps, session recordings, and user feedback tools to uncover friction points in the user journey. Improve lead form performance by testing form fields, call-to-action (CTA) placements, and lead magnet effectiveness. Enhance mobile-first conversions , ensuring a seamless experience across all devices. Collaborate with PPC and SEO teams to ensure traffic sources align with conversion goals. Monitor and report on CRO performance, insights, and next steps for our Client Success Manager (CSM) to present to clients. Stay ahead of industry trends and conversion rate best practices to continually refine our strategies. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Your success will be measured by: Lead KPIs: Landing page conversion rate growth (form submissions, call tracking, chatbot conversions). Website engagement metrics (bounce rate, time on page, pages per session). Experimentation velocity (number of A/B tests launched per month). Lag KPIs: Client ROI / results (increase in leads and case volume). Client retention rate (churn rate). Right fit personality profile: You are equal parts analytical and creative —someone who can identify conversion roadblocks and come up with innovative solutions to improve them. You are driven by results, motivated by experimentation, and thrive on data-driven decision-making. Important personality traits: Curious: You ask “why” and “how” constantly and love uncovering hidden insights.Data-Driven: You base every decision on hard data and testing , not just intuition.Detail-Oriented: You sweat the small stuff, knowing that even a 0.5% increase in conversion rate can mean big results .Resilient: Not every test will succeed, and that’s okay—you iterate, refine, and keep improving. Qualifications: 4-year bachelor's degree in marketing, business, UX/UI, data science, or a related field.5+ years of CRO, UX/UI, or digital marketing experience , preferably in an agency setting.3+ years of experience working with law firms (personal injury, criminal defense, family law, etc.) is preferred.Deep knowledge of conversion optimization best practices , including A/B testing, heatmaps, and user behavior analysis.Proficiency in CRO tools , such as Google Analytics, VWO, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, Google Optimize, and Optimizely.Experience with website optimization tools , including landing page builders (Unbounce, Instapage, etc.).Understanding of UX design principles and how they impact conversions.Experience with ClickUp, Salesforce, and/or HubSpot is a plus. The ideal candidate: Communication Skills: You can clearly articulate CRO strategies, test results, and UX/UI recommendations to clients and internal teams. CRO Strategy & Execution: You know how to analyze data, build hypotheses, run tests, and implement changes that increase conversions. User Experience & Psychology: You understand what makes users take action and can leverage UX/UI principles to improve conversions. Analytical Thinking: You are data-obsessed and can break down numbers to uncover actionable insights.
