Duties and responsibilities Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies and incidents Patrolling and monitoring premises to prevent any security breaches or incidents. Access control : Managing entry and exit points to prevent unauthorized access. Response to alarms : Investigating disturbances and determining the cause of alarms. Reporting : Documenting incidents or suspicious activities in detailed reports. Emergency response : Coordinating and assisting in emergency situations, such as evacuations. Customer service : Assisting visitors and providing directions or information as needed.
