Overview Experienced Account Manager / s (Capital Equipment) required for permanent employment in Nelspruit (Mbombela), Witbank (eMalahleni), and Steelpoort. The role focuses on maintaining and expanding relationships with key account customers while representing the full range of company products and services. Responsibilities Secure the revenue stream of the business. Execute the annual Key Account Sales plan. Develop and maintain long‑term contract rental agreements. Develop and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Manage budgeting and forecasting for key accounts. Forecast Key Account stock requirements. Deliver turnover in line with or in excess of the Key Accounts budget. Develop potential within key accounts. Convert key prospects who have strategic importance or offer valuable business potential. Maximise strategic potential within key accounts by utilising the National Service Network. Maintain commercial policy and implement national and regional key account customer pricing and service level strategies. Manage customer relationships appropriately relative to their status. Ensure credit management criteria of the business are adhered to. Build strong customer relationships with the key accounts. Oversee call cycles to ensure key accounts receive premium customer service. Monitor customer satisfaction. Develop market intelligence and translate it into market needs. Drive product and service expansion opportunities. Identify opposition threats and implement strategy to neutralise them. Generate monthly reports regarding the performance of key accounts. Gather and distribute strategic account information to relevant managers, including service managers and field technicians. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 6 years sales experience, including 3 years in key account management within a business‑to‑business environment. Experience in mining, construction, or industrial sectors is an advantage. Knowledge of the rental industry is an advantage. Sales and marketing degree (IMM) or diploma is an advantage. Experience working in a CRM environment is an advantage. Computer literate (MS Office, CRM, pipeline tools). Valid driver's licence. Flexibility to work overtime when required.
