This is a remote position, offering flexibility to work from any location. Areas of Responsibility Development and implementation of financial and accounting policies; Implementation of financial models for multi-country operations (MENA, APAC, Africa, Americas); Interaction with financial institutions, investors, and auditors; Overseeing payroll, employee salaries, deductions, and records; Monitoring project economics, including profitability analysis; Preparing and presenting analytical financial reports to management and investors. Requirements Fluent English (C1+); At least 3 years of experience in financial management, preferably in international startups or growing companies; Experience in creating financial models; Proficiency in management reporting; Degree in economics or finance; Advanced skills in financial software and Excel; Experience working or studying abroad is a plus; Flexibility, adaptability, independence, initiative, and results-oriented mindset.
