What you will be doing As Group Financial Manager, you'll lead a high-performing finance team and ensure full financial compliance, consolidation, and reporting across the group. You'll collaborate with senior leaders, steer audits and tax strategy, and deliver critical insights that shape decisions at the top. Key Responsibilities Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial reports Oversee full month-end closure, audit preparation, and broker reconciliations Ensure compliance with SARS, FSCA, and other South African financial regulations Lead group-wide budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimisation Establish strong financial controls and drive internal audit processes Mentor and develop the finance team, setting KPIs and fostering accountability What you need CA(SA) or equivalent qualification with 5+ years' experience in group finance Strong technical knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and SA tax regulations Experience with multi-entity structures and financial consolidations Comfortable working in a dynamic, regulated environment (FinTech a plus) Hands-on leader with sharp analytical skills and Xero or similar system proficiency What's in it for you Market-related executive package with performance incentives Hybrid working model offering flexibility and autonomy Membership fees covered (e.g., SAICA) Be part of a growth-focused leadership team shaping the future of the group Ready to lead with impact?
