Now’s the time to imagine your potential in a team where experts come together and ignite effective change.**Please note that this is a 12 Months Fixed-Term Contract role.****Are you someone who can:*** Be able to interpret and act on client instruction via email and or system (Inwards or Outwards) – with accuracy* Achieve the delivery of exceptional customer experience against the Balanced Scorecard standards* Manage the conversion of forex deals into sales by executing the following activities: Working queues, Swifts.* Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements manage forex deals efficiently to minimise the total number of deals cancelled**You will be an ideal candidate if you:*** Have a minimum of matric, an NQF 5 qualification and or studying toward a degree* 1 to 3 years of experience in foreign exchange / international payments* Understanding a forex environment* Be able to manage and deliver on client expectations**You will have access to:*** Opportunities to network and collaborate* A challenging working environment* Opportunities to innovate**We can be a match if you are:*** Adaptable and curious* Attentive to detail* Thrive in a collaborative environment* Client-centric**Apply now if you are interested in taking the next step.
