As we continue our expansion, we are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to join our team. Responsibilities Conduct Compliance Case Checks – Perform routine and targeted compliance case reviews, ensuring adherence to internal policies, industry regulations, and best practices. Identify any discrepancies or risks and escalate where necessary. Undertake Remedial Work – Address and resolve issues identified during compliance case checks by working closely with relevant teams to implement corrective actions and process improvements. Maintain thorough records of findings and resolutions. Monitor Compliance Communications – Manage and monitor the compliance inbox, triaging incoming queries, providing initial responses, and escalating complex matters as required. Ensure timely and accurate communication with internal teams and stakeholders. Assist in Policy and Procedure Updates – Work with the Compliance Manager to review and update policies and procedures, ensuring they remain aligned with regulatory changes and organisational requirements. Maintain Compliance Records – Ensure all compliance-related documentation is accurately recorded, organised, and readily accessible for internal and external review. Provide Compliance Support and Training – Assist in preparing compliance training materials and supporting awareness initiatives to promote a strong compliance culture across the organisation. Collaborate with the team to maintain a robust compliance framework and support the Compliance Manager as needed. Qualifications and Requirements Prior experience in a compliance, regulatory, or administrative role is preferred. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in compliance software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction. Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
