Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in deal-making, mergers and acquisitions, or business development.
- Proven track record of successfully closing high-value deals.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
