Inside Sales Representative – Fully Remote (U.S. IT Managed Service Provider) Work Schedule: Eastern Standard Time (EST) Location: Fully Remote About the Company We are a fast-growing U.S.-based Managed Service Provider (MSP) specializing in delivering world‑class IT support, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions to small and mid‑sized businesses across the country. As our client base expands, we’re looking to bring on a motivated and ambitious Sales Representative to join our team and help drive new business. About the Role We’re looking for a young, hungry, and highly coachable sales professional who is eager to grow in the tech industry. You’ll be responsible for qualifying leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline in collaboration with senior leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands‑on mentorship, consistent training, and exposure to the MSP industry. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound outreach to warm and cold leads. Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for senior account executives. Learn and articulate MSP service offerings, value propositions, and differentiators. Manage CRM updates, follow‑ups, and pipeline activity. Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach sequences and sales messaging. Meet weekly and monthly KPIs. Requirements Highly motivated, eager to learn, and proactive work ethic. Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision‑makers. Reliable internet and work‑from‑home setup. Must be able to work U.S. Eastern Standard Time hours. Nice-to-Haves Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or customer engagement. Interest in IT services, tech sales, or the MSP space.
