About The Position As a Marketing Manager in the Racks & Storage team, you will play a key role in shaping and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and strengthen our market position. You will report on marketing performance and campaign results to the Global Marketing Manager and senior stakeholders contributing directly to strategic decisions and measurable success. Your Main Responsibilities Assist the Global Marketing Manager in shaping and implementing the global marketing strategy, while contributing to the development of detailed marketing plans for all media channels and regional sales teams. Analyse current offerings and develop initiatives for new campaigns, products, or services that align brand messaging with the customer journey and drive purchase decisions. Turn insights into impactful campaigns, oversee the creation of promotional materials, and continuously track and analyse marketing and sales data to refine strategies and report results to senior stakeholders. Collaborate with media buyers, advertising agencies, and printers to ensure timely, high-quality execution of marketing projects and campaigns. Identify and evaluate potential collaborators and manage ongoing collaborator relationships. Develop and execute a social media content calendar, manage community engagement across platforms, and oversee CRM tools to ensure smooth handling of customer queries and coordination with relevant departments. Proven ability to review and optimise media and social media channels to maximise reach and brand awareness. Experienced and skilled in building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and clients to support marketing objectives. Experience analysing market trends and developing campaigns that meet consumer needs and drive business growth. Tech‑savvy with strong proficiency in common software tools and digital platforms. Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
