Be part of a dynamic finance team in a fast-paced transport environment Opportunity to contribute to key accounting functions and process improvements Collaborative culture that values accuracy, efficiency, and growth What you will be doing: Approve vendor invoices and PODs for timely payments Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Manage POD and billing team to ensure accurate payment preparation Attend weekly query meetings to resolve vendor issues Release and approve bills after verification Prepare monthly vendor reconciliations and payment requests Generate purchase orders and confirm PODs per vendor specs Maintain and update financial reports Send remittances and allocate vendor payments What we are looking for: Certificate or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field 1-3 years of experience in accounts/finance, preferably in transport/logistics Strong understanding of accounting principles Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Discretion with confidential information Honest, punctual, reliable, and able to work under pressure Willingness to work overtime when needed Benefits and unique aspects: Exposure to high-volume financial operations Opportunity to lead and manage vendor-related processes Collaborative and fast-paced work culture Please note if you haven't heard back from us within two weeks of submitting your application, unfortunately your application has not been successful this time.
