Desired Experience & Qualification

5 years’ experience in logistics management
Extensive transport Industry Knowledge
Logistics and transport experience in the agricultural industry will be advantageous
Experience managing and developing people is essential
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels in the business
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong forward thinking skills
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Behaves in a respectful, honest, and ethical manner
Keen attention to detail
