Millwright qualification5 - 10 Years experience in maintaining CNC machines(Fanuc)Language requirements: English (Oral and Written communication).Repairing and setting by means of manufacturing specifications, springs, bearings, conveyors, screw conveyors, roller conveyor systems, hydraulics, pneumatic circuits.Ensuring the safe running of the plant by doing fault finding on all machinery and prevention of electrical push buttons as well as mechanical hazards.Complete jobs according to priority and planned maintenance work schedule and daily shift reporting.Responds to call outs and breakdownsUse knowledge of Fanuc robots, setting up and fault finding to complete task in the factory.Use programming skills to assist production by setting up equipment when needed.Fanuc backgroundElectrical and Mechanical drawingUnderstanding ladder diagramsTransport systems (conveyors)Pneumatic and HydraulicsHigh precision bearingDesirable: PLC and machine programmingUse knowledge and experience to read, interpret mechanical, pneumatic/ hydraulic, electric drawings.Ensure daily job/ time sheets are submitted complete and timeouslyAdhere to health and safety regulations at all time by exercising caution when working and using equipment.
