We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Junior Marketing Executive to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of marketing strategies, driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and supporting business growth. The role also involves client interaction, supplier collaboration, and operational coordination in the logistics sector.

Minimum Requirements:

Relevant degree or qualification (a degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management will be advantageous).

Previous experience in logistics or a similar field is an advantage.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong phone etiquette and willingness to handle calls after hours, including weekends.

Valid driver's license and own reliable transport.

Outgoing personality with the ability to lead and participate in client and supplier meetings.

Flexibility to travel up to twice per week (transport provided for business trips).

Duties and Responsibilities:

Conducting market research and assisting with the implementation of marketing strategies.

Promoting available routes, rates, and loads to clients.

Creating and presenting a weekly strategic sales growth and business plan.

Reporting weekly sales and planning updates to the Operations Manager.

Identifying and securing new customers and suppliers.

Managing tracking reports and monitoring the movement of vehicles.

Providing daily updates on vehicle schedules and estimated arrival times.

Maintaining and building relationships with existing and new clients and suppliers.

Continuous professional development and skills enhancement.

Working remotely on weekends as required.
