Overview PG Glass is the leading supplier of auto glass and building glass replacement services in Southern Africa. Over 110 Fitment Centres are available to replace or repair auto glass, PG Glass Medic® chip repair, windscreen wipers, TempSecure windows and replace glass in homes and buildings. A 24 hour contact centre is available to serve customers and process insurance claims. PG Glass fits only genuine Shatterprufe®, Safevue®, OE glass, Armourplate®, LLumar® and PG SmartGlass® products. Responsibilities Drive operational excellence through the documentation, analysis and continuous improvement of business processes across the PG Glass Network. Assess and analyse business requirements, make evidence-based recommendations that support improvements. Serve as an intermediary between relevant stakeholders and the Company, and ensure that requirements are aligned to system capability. Lead the documentation and mapping of current-state and future-state business processes, procedures, and workflows using recognized methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and BPMN. Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure version control, ownership and accessibility in a centralized repository. Conduct thorough evaluations of business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, risks, and control gaps. Propose, design, and implement optimized processes, leveraging best practices and process improvement frameworks, and measure the impact of improvements using KPIs and ROI analysis. Collect, clean, and analyse process performance data using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and CRM Dynamics dashboards. Generate and present routine and ad hoc reports to management and stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations, and use data analytics to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for further optimization. Assess business requirements, existing workflows, and current business processes. Propose and implement improvements toward improved productivity, efficiency, and intended impact with use and application of PG Connect and associated systems. Identify and eliminate waste in processes and ensure systems enable efficient use of workers, tools, technology, materials, information, and energy aligned to strategy. Interpret complex data and business metrics, identify problematic areas, and propose improvements in relation to processes. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design new processes that help PG Glass become a World Class Company delivering on strategic objectives.
