Position Overview The Marketing Manager will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that promote Opencast Consulting's brand and services. The ideal candidate will have a creative mindset, strong analytical skills, and experience with both digital and traditional marketing techniques. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies to enhance the brand's presence and generate leads. Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, etc.). Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Create compelling content for website, blogs, social media, email newsletters, and other marketing materials. Manage and optimize marketing campaigns to ensure high engagement and ROI. Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (sales, operations, HR) to align marketing efforts with business goals. Plan and manage events, webinars, and other promotional activities. Assist with the creation of presentations, proposals, and other client‑facing materials. Stay up‑to‑date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Qualifications Maximum of 3 years of experience in a marketing or marketing management role. A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEO, PPC, social media advertising, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative, with the ability to think outside the box and create engaging content. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp). Ability to develop and manage budgets for marketing campaigns.
