Now’s the time to imagine your potential in a team where experts come together and ignite effective change.****Technical Skills and Requirements:***** Have a successful track of managing IAM engineering operations with proven history of designing and developing IAM projects.* A solid understanding of IAM concepts and principles* Knowledge of key IAM standards* Knowledge on Active Directory and Zero Trust access architectural principles* Through knowledge of identity administration across different Operating Systems (e.g. Linux, AIX, Windows, etc.), Data bases (Oracle, MySQL, MSSQL, etc.), and Applications* Proficiency in technical report writing and presentation* Processing big data using tools such as MS Excel, PowerBI****Work Experience***** A minimum of 3 years working experience within the IAM domain Proven track record of IAM operations, its service delivery and understanding of business processes related to IT change management.* Experience and exposure to Privileged Access Management (PAM)* Experience with Role Based Access Control (RBAC) principles* Experience with IAM principles* Experience in Programming/scripting (Java, Python, JavaScript and SQL)* Experience in APIs within the IAM context****What you will need:***** Qualifications in the following fields of study (Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology/Science, and Software Development) will be advantageous* Accreditations in one or more of these will be advantageous (Security+, MCSA, Network+ etc.)* SailPoint, Savyint, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or similar product certifications or hands-on experience* 3- 5 years' experience in a similar role****We can be a match if you can:***** Strong communication, decision making and interpersonal skills.* Good stakeholder engagement* Able to work under pressure* Very good technical skills on the application above****You will have access to:***** Opportunities to network and collaborate.* Challenging Work.* Opportunities to innovate.#Post#FNB#LI-NN2# # ****Job Details****# **Application Closing Date**06/01/26All appointments will be made in line with FirstRand Group’s Employment Equity plan.
