Job Description This role is individually accountable for turning data into actionable insights. The incumbent is relentlessly curious and uses advanced analytical skills, tools, and platforms to extract and present data as information and create analytical solutions that are interactive and easy to understand. The role involves collecting, analysing, reporting, and interpreting data for use in the development of business strategies and tactics, and in subsequent appraisal of results. Responsibilities Meet with internal clients to understand their business requirements, analyse data support requirements and direct data analysis and reporting. Develop business reports to support ad‑hoc and regular business requirements. Responsible for creating end‑to‑end solutions which includes problem definition, data acquisition, data exploration and visualization. Perform data quality checks and validate results. Liaise with data delivery teams. Present final results to stakeholders. Provide technical coaching to data analysts. Coordinate data extractions and inputs to strategic projects where integrated data sets are required. Proactively seek new knowledge in data analytics and visualisation. Generate and test hypotheses and provide actionable and measurable insights. Build dashboards and reports to help answer business questions. Interpret and analyse data and present to stakeholders in presentations or reports. Accept and live the company values. Be accountable for service delivery through own efforts. Collaborate effectively with others to achieve personal results. Manage own time, tasks and output quality independently. Balance own priorities with directing and coaching others. Make increased contributions by broadening individual skills.
