Client Sales Representative (Appointment Setter) – Aesthetic Clinics | Remote | High Performance Only We are a rapidly scaling UK-based agency specialising in premium aesthetic clinics. Your role is simple but high-stakes: turn inbound treatment enquiries into qualified, prepaid clinic appointments at volume. This is not customer support. This is not chit-chat. This is consultative telephone booking with KPIs tied to performance, clarity, and consistency. Mission of the Role Drive consistent weekly bookings into our partner clinics by speaking with leads who have requested information on treatments such as skin tightening, hydration facials, RF microneedling, and body contouring. Your target is to convert fresh and follow-up leads into consultations with deposits, using our proven scripts, rebuttal handling, and follow-up cadence. Internal success benchmark: "120+ new patient bookings per month with deposit" What Makes This Role Different We don’t hand you cold data dumps or expect miracles without support. What You’ll Be Doing Call inbound and aged leads immediately and double‑dial to maximise pickup Book consultations with deposit directly into clinic calendars Follow our BAMFAM principle: Book A Meeting From A Meeting Execute daily follow‑ups to re‑engage leads who didn’t book the first time Attend daily sales training calls and call audits Submit end‑of‑day reporting and communication logs accurately Represent our clinics professionally and consultatively across voice, SMS, and email KPIs & Expectations You will be measured on: Deposit‑backed bookings Double‑dial speed and responsiveness Script execution Call talk‑time and average call gap EOD accuracy and professionalism Internal KPI reference: 6 appointments per day, 120 per month on average Who Succeeds in This Role Top CSR traits include: Enthusiasm, conviction, and speed High listening skills and objection control Coachability without ego Ability to follow proven systems precisely We hire based on fit, clarity, and follow‑through — not just experience.
