Role Description This full‑time hybrid role, based in the City of Cape Town, allows some flexibility for remote work. The Dutch‑speaking Immigration Administrator will assist in preparing and processing visa applications, conducting legal research, liaising with Dutch‑speaking clients, reviewing legal documents, and ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations. The role involves managing document preparation, consulting on legal matters, and providing exceptional administrative support to clients and company staff. Qualifications Strong knowledge of finances. Experience in Admin (Min 5 years). Familiarity with immigration processes, particularly in South Africa, would be a bonus. Fluency in spoken and written Dutch and English is required. Exceptional organisational and administrative skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Attention to detail and commitment to legal compliance. Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Must reside in Cape Town, South Africa.
