We are scaling our creative delivery model and are searching for a Technical Creative Curriculum Manager—an expert who can translate elite graphic design and video production standards into a scalable, certification‑based training program for our global workforce. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive training curriculum focused on high‑fidelity e‑commerce design standards. Develop and run a mandatory Technical Creative Certification for all creative VAs, including practical assessment projects and scoring rubrics. Collaborate with Operations to analyze performance metrics and client feedback, then create and deliver targeted coaching and training sessions. Lead engaging virtual training sessions, workshops and one‑on‑one mentorship on Adobe Suite and creative workflows. Create SOPs and workflow templates for Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro. Required Experience & Qualifications 2+ years of formal experience developing, managing, and delivering technical training or L&D programs, preferably in a remote or BPO setting. 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design or digital post‑production with a focus on e‑commerce advertising. Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; foundational knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro for training purposes. Demonstrated ability to create clear lesson plans, instructional materials, assessment rubrics, and scalable creative SOPs. Technical Readiness Stable wired internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps). PC/Laptop capable of running demanding graphic design software (Core i7/Ryzen 7 or equivalent with 16 GB RAM).
