PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To facilitate property-related transactions, inclusive of valuation, sales, accurate documentation and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 equivalent is essential. Finance/Accounting/Business Management Diploma/Degree or NQF6/7 equivalent is essential. Minimum 3 years experience Finance/administration experience is essential. Advanced MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential. SAP Valid drivers license. COMPETENCIES: Knowledge of Accounting principles. Basic knowledge of Commercial Law. Financial knowledge. Strong knowledge of real estate administration processes. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Legal documentation and conveyancing processes Knowledge of company policies and procedures KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: Coordinate marketing of houses to the employees and external market. This includes conducting marketing strategies, home ownership roadshows, etc. Manage the valuation process for company houses, stands, and properties. Draft and submit valuation documentation for approval and sign-off by relevant stakeholders. Compile forecasts, obtain quotes and initiate requisitions for order placement. Ensure all invoice-related documentation is correctly authorized and submitted to Accounts Payable. Prepare and verifies Offers to Purchase (OTP) and coordinates signatures. Submit OTPs to mortgage bond originators for processing and monitor sales progress. Manage sales, interest free loans and debt collection in accordance with policies and procedures. Perform financial reconciliations and compile presentations for reporting. Liaise with conveyancing attorneys, Head Office and local government for all documentation required. Register insurance policies and claims for employees with interest free loans. Perform SAP-RE related functions.
