    • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements related to agricultural research and environmental stewardship.
  9. Professional Development :
    • Staying informed about advances in agronomy, agriculture, and related fields through training, workshops, and literature review.
    • Enhancing technical skills and knowledge to contribute effectively to research and development activities.
  10. Administrative Support :
