Procurement Planner

Join Our Team as a Procurement Planner at KFC Rohloff Group We are seeking a results-driven Procurement Planner who is passionate about transforming procurement into a strategic function that delivers measurable value to the organization. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end procurement process to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services. Key responsibilities include demand planning, supplier coordination, inventory management, and ensuring full compliance with company policies and industry standards. What You'll Be Cooking Up: New Build & Remodel Procurement Planning: Develop and execute procurement strategies for new construction and remodeling projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing. Project Requirements Coordination: Import & Logistics Planning: Collaborate with project teams to align procurement activities with technical specifications and timelines. Manage international sourcing, shipping schedules, and customs compliance to ensure smooth delivery of materials. Monitor supplier performance, manage lead times, and maintain accurate delivery schedules. Maintain detailed records of purchase orders, delivery status, and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders. Work closely with operations, finance, and project management teams to support organizational goals. Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and maintain accurate procurement documentation. What You Bring to the Table: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Procurement, or related field. 4+ years’ experience in procurement planning or project-based supply chain. Proven experience with new builds/remodel procurement and import planning. Strong skills in Excel, procurement tracking, and scheduling tools. Exposure to equipment procurement (kitchen, HVAC, electrical) is an advantage. Excellent planning, scheduling, and forecasting abilities. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to interpret BOQs and technical specifications. Effective communication and follow-up. Skilled in managing multiple projects and suppliers.
