Production Planner – Fabrication & Finishing Koedoespoort, Pretoria Key Responsibilities Create and maintain production schedules. Balance demand and capacity for machines, materials, and labor. Monitor progress and adjust schedules to meet deadlines. Work with supervisors to resolve bottlenecks. Ensure material availability with procurement and stores. Apply lean planning to minimize downtime and improve throughput. Track KPIs and report performance. Support continuous improvement in planning processes. Requirements Experience in production planning (fabrication/finishing preferred). Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and scheduling tools . Understanding of fabrication processes (laser cutting, welding, painting ). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
