Overview Job Vacancy: Project Manager We are currently recruiting for our client for the position of Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and executing various projects within the organization. Must possess excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion. General Responsibilities Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols. Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders. Academic & Trade Qualifications BSc. in Civil Engineering or related field. ERB Certification. Project Management Professional / Practicing Certificate. Additional Requirements Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and tools. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure. Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and mentor project teams. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Experience in managing building and construction, pipelines, sanitation, drainage, and engineering projects. Work Experience A minimum of 10 years of proven experience in building and construction, pipelines, sanitation, drainage, and engineering projects.
