Qualification Bachelors degree in Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced qualifications are advantageous. Experience Minimum 10 years of experience in foundry operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the automotive or related manufacturing sector. Skills and Knowledge In-depth knowledge of aluminium casting processes. Strong leadership and people management abilities. Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Proficient in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven track record of implementing sustainable manufacturing practices.
