We are looking for a proactive, organised, and highly skilled Head of Sales to join our dynamic, fast‑paced, and growing company. The role involves driving the sales function, ensuring revenue growth, and developing a strong market presence through strategic channel partnerships. The Client Success Manager will report to this role, ensuring efficient project execution and client relationship management, while maintaining alignment with overall business strategy. Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth Develop and execute a results‑driven sales strategy for the assigned portfolio. Set and achieve ambitious revenue targets through structured sales planning. Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and partnership strategies. Partnership Development Build and maintain relationships with key partners, resellers, and distributors within the dedicated portfolio. Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies for channel partners. Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and incentive programs to drive optimal performance. Sales Operations & Collaboration with Marketing Work closely with Marketing to ensure efficient lead distribution, pipeline management, and sales workflow optimisation. Ensure CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) are effectively utilised for data tracking and reporting. Align with marketing to streamline lead generation, ensuring the sales team receives high‑quality leads.
