Marketing and Sales Manager About the Position Join Robert Walters and play a central role in introducing a newly established luxury hospitality brand in South Africa to the world. This role leads the marketing and sales strategy across two exclusive properties located in Cape Town. Salary is competitive and based on experience. Key Responsibilities Lead the marketing roll‑out of a new luxury hospitality brand across both properties. Develop property‑specific and portfolio‑wide marketing strategies. Establish key relationships with luxury tour operators, DMCs, travel advisors, and OTA platforms. Oversee internal and external communication activities. Manage digital campaigns, content calendars for social media, email marketing, blogs, and website. Coordinate participation in trade shows, sales missions, PR initiatives, and media coverage. Ensure brand consistency across all platforms while monitoring performance metrics (sales conversion, digital engagement, web traffic, trade performance). Required Qualifications Minimum 5–6 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality sector. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong leadership and team‑development capabilities. Superior project management and time‑management skills. Deep understanding of current trends in digital media and social media. Advanced computer literacy with a focus on hospitality data‑use systems. Proactive approach with a passion for the hospitality industry.
