About the Project EduConservation is a pan‑African environmental educational project focusing on integrating well researched Africa‑centric conservation resources to enrich and supplement the curricula of the formal education systems in African countries. Role Overview The Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Coordinator supports the implementation of EduConservation's MEL framework by collecting, analysing, and reporting on data that demonstrates the program's impact on learners, educators, and communities. Assist with baseline, midline, and endline assessments to measure programme outcomes and behaviour change. Support indicator tracking, data verification, and validation of reports. Conduct regular field visits to ensure ethical and accurate data collection. Contribute to data analysis, identifying trends and key learnings that inform programme refinement. Prepare periodic MEL summaries, dashboards, and visual reports for internal and donor audiences. Share findings and lessons during team reflection sessions and review meetings. Ensure that data and insights are accessible, accurate, and feed into programme design and donor reporting. Work closely with the content development, education, and field implementation teams to ensure MEL alignment across all activities. Provide day‑to‑day technical support to staff on data collection tools and quality standards. Support training and mentoring sessions on MEL basics for field teams and partners. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Social Sciences or related field.
