Role Description The Sales Consultant – Education at Hello Aida will be responsible for engaging with educational institutions and prospective clients to drive sales and promote Hello Aida's AI tutoring solutions. This full-time role will involve consulting with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Consultant will work on-site in the City of Cape Town but will engage with the rest of the country and it will include travel. Qualifications Minimum 3 years' proven experience selling into schools or the education sector. Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Based in Cape Town. Own car and valid driver's license. Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. Tech-savvy and able to demo digital tools with confidence. Self-motivated, highly organized, and resilient. Excellent Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. What We Offer Competitive base salary + commission.
