Opportunity This role is ideal for a hands‑on, detail‑oriented site professional with proven Foreman experience and the ability to manage day‑to‑day site activities. The successful candidate will ensure that project milestones are met, quality standards are upheld, and all site operations run efficiently and safely. Duties & Responsibilities Oversee daily site operations, workforce coordination, and subcontractor management. Ensure projects are delivered according to design, quality standards, and construction schedules. Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and report on daily activities. Enforce health, safety, and environmental compliance on site. Manage materials, equipment, and ensure proper housekeeping throughout the site. Interpret drawings, plans, and ensure accurate execution by teams. Problem‑solve on site to keep work flowing efficiently and resolve issues promptly. Maintain strong communication with project managers, engineers, and site teams. Ensure high levels of workmanship and adherence to project specifications. Desired Experience & Qualification Proven experience working as a Site Foreman in the construction industry (residential / commercial / civil). Strong people‑management and site coordination skills. Ability to interpret construction drawings and manage technical tasks. Solid understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and quality controls. Own reliable transport (essential). Strong communication and leadership abilities. Ability to work on multiple tasks and meet construction deadlines. What's on Offer Competitive salary based on experience.
