The Affiliate Program Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing our affiliate marketing program. The Manager collaborates with internal teams and external partners to develop and execute strategies that drive affiliate recruitment, engagement, and revenue growth. The Manager displays a deep understanding of affiliate marketing, possesses strong analytical skills, and has excellent relationship‑building abilities. You Bring 2‑3 years of experience in the digital marketing industry preferably with affiliate experience. 2‑3 years of experience managing a team in an affiliate or digital marketing role. Minimum of 2 years sales/lead generation experience. Valid driver’s license. A Bonus to Have Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communication or a related field. What You’ll Do For The Brand Develop and Execute Affiliate Marketing Strategy Design and implement a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy aligned with overall business goals. Identify target audiences, key performance indicators (KPIs), and revenue objectives to guide program development. Research and identify potential affiliate partners, evaluating their suitability based on niche, reach, and audience demographics. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential affiliates, ensuring ongoing engagement and performance optimization. Affiliate Recruitment And Onboarding Actively guide Affiliate Relationship managers in recruiting new affiliates, including bloggers, influencers, content creators, and website owners, through various channels such as outreach, networking, and affiliate networks. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling promotional materials, affiliate tools, and resources to support affiliate recruitment and onboarding. Implement processes to ensure thorough screening and due diligence of potential affiliates to ensure alignment with brand values, quality standards, and compliance guidelines. Provide guidance and support to Affiliate Relationship managers during the onboarding process of new affiliates, ensuring they have the necessary resources and knowledge to effectively promote our products/services. Performance Tracking And Optimization Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, including conversion rates, click‑through rates, GGR, ROI, and Affiliate commissions. Identify top‑performing affiliates and develop strategies to maximize their revenue generation. Implement ongoing optimization techniques, including A/B testing, to improve conversion rates and overall affiliate program performance. Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in affiliate marketing to identify opportunities for program enhancement and innovation. Affiliate Communication And Relationship Management Guide Affiliate team in resolving affiliate enquiries, providing timely and accurate responses. Foster strong relationships with key affiliates, guide affiliate team in regularly communicating updates, new promotions, and program changes to ensure their continued engagement. Collaborate with affiliate team to develop co‑marketing opportunities, exclusive offers, and joint promotional campaigns. Address any affiliate‑related issues or conflicts in a prompt and professional manner, finding mutually beneficial resolutions. People Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and third parties. Build long‑term relationships with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders. Project management, organizational and time management skills. Work closely with other marketing and business managers to optimize workflows, product performance, resolve challenges, and present solutions. Provide ongoing training and mentoring to ensure our teams consistently perform above standard. What You’ll Bring To The Team Collate and report on Affiliate Campaign Performance. Account for and verify reporting figures/statistics. Review/analyze reporting statistics and figures to identify trends and make relevant recommendations. Formulate objectives and implement plans consistent with the long‑term interests of the organization. Interpret organizational strategy and translate this into tactical action plans. Ensure the quality outcome is achieved. Take caution in preparing the details relevant to the process. Follow process to ensure high quality output. Follow through and deliver results despite obstacles. Admit errors and take corrective action to avoid repetition. Approach work with dedication and high responsibility.
