Entry-level Sales Agents

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and contact potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and networking events.
Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
Customer Engagement: Initiate conversations with prospects, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Follow-Up: Follow up with leads and customers to answer questions, address concerns, and facilitate the sales process.
Sales Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions in our CRM system.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to share insights and collaborate on strategies to improve sales performance.
Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Performance Metrics: Meet individual and team sales targets and contribute to overall team success.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic about sales.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Prior sales experience is not required, but a passion for selling and a willingness to learn is essential.
