What you will be doing:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Business Integrator with expertise in the Debicheck ecosystem. In this role, you will work as a liaison amongst stakeholders to understand the problems, opportunities, needs, structure, policies, and operations of the organization. You will be responsible for recommending solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals, eliciting and analyzing the actual needs of the stakeholders, and facilitating communication between organizational units. This is a critical role in aligning the needs of business units with the capabilities delivered by information technology, acting as a translator between these groups to ensure effective collaboration and successful project outcomes.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Debicheck ecosystem from a functional perspective.
  • Own and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with stakeholder needs.
  • Participate in special interest groups and conferences to stay informed about relevant technological advancements.
  • Provide guidance and advisory support to stakeholders, using your expertise and experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the development of the domain roadmap.
  • Ensure compliance with governance and technology frameworks.
  • Conduct research and experimentation to explore new technological solutions and domain applications.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with technology or domain changes.
  • Regularly update the asset knowledge base and share internal knowledge with colleagues.
  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering growth and upskilling within your area of expertise.
  • Drive business process improvements, leveraging agile thinking to identify cost-effective, automated solutions.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and developments, ensuring ongoing personal and professional growth.
What we are looking for :
  • Completed Degree or Diploma in IT or other related fields
  • 3 - 5 years of professional experience in a business analysis, systems analysis, or similar role.
  • Strong business analysis and documentation skills.
  • Technical competency with an ability to evaluate and recommend solutions.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Risk management and mitigation expertise.
  • A proactive, agile approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Experience in working on medium to large projects and managing medium-risk tasks.
