Hosting one‑on‑one consultations and group sessions to inspire potential participants. Building authentic relationships with prospects and alumni to encourage repeat and referral business. Delivering against ambitious targets while maintaining exceptional customer experience. Contributing insights to continuously improve sales strategy and performance. Collaborating closely with marketing and operations teams to maximise conversion opportunities. WHO YOU ARE & WHAT YOU BRING 4+ years of proven sales experience with a strong record of meeting or exceeding targets. A natural hunter – motivated, persistent, and energized by closing deals. Skilled communicator across phone, email, and live chat – able to connect quickly and persuasively. Organised, proactive, and driven by measurable results. Tech‑savvy with experience in CRM systems and digital tools. Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Passionate about purpose‑driven work and eager to contribute to something bigger than yourself. Bonus points if you have experience in international education, travel, or social impact sectors. Exposure to global markets (US, EMEA, APAC). A background in consultative or solution‑based sales. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU Base salary: R per month (depending on experience).
