What Your Day‑to‑Day Will Look Like You will be based at offices in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town, supporting a customer service campaign handling both inbound and outbound queries. This role involves assisting customers with banking‑related enquiries such as account balances, transactions, fees, and features like cashback on direct debits, earning interest, and using their Visa debit cards. You will also provide support for the banking app or online platform, help customers update personal details, payment methods, direct debit instructions, and set up regular payments. Your goal is to deliver excellent service while helping customers understand and maximise the benefits of their accounts. With frequent calls, the pace is quick, ensuring a dynamic day helping numerous people daily. Full training and ongoing coaching are provided. While prior knowledge is not expected, you need a willingness to learn and a drive to excel.
