Job Overview We are looking for a friendly and supporting team to join our international and diverse company. The Sales Account Manager for Africa is the point of contact for customers, industrial partners and channel partners in the region. Responsibilities Sales prospecting for new businesses, managing existing accounts, including direct accounts, resellers and the customers of our resellers. Sell full Esko portfolio, focusing on value selling to the customer with a focused approach in Software and Flexo CTP. Provide effective solutions for customers; detect and amplify add‑on sales opportunities in cooperation with the application sales manager. Establish good business contacts, generate competitive proposals, pursue strategies for targeted projects and meet & exceed sales targets. Stay abreast of developments & business opportunities in the markets you cover and follow up with appropriate sales, negotiation & closing techniques. Implement the go-to-market strategy for new products and new markets. Provide market intelligence and feedback on competitors’ pricing & position to support marketing plans that drive growth. Use Salesforce and other CRM & IT application tools to manage your sales process and share information. Observe the market and represent Esko in the Graphic Arts community. Qualifications Several years hands‑on sales experience in a high‑tech B2B environment in digital printing, packaging, commercial solutions or IT. Practical experience with direct and indirect sales channels. Knowledge of the packaging industry and its actors. Broad understanding of SW and IT applications. Strong selling and negotiation skills, including closing skills. Good working knowledge of English and French; additional languages are a plus.
