Job Summary UPWORK is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Data Management and CRM Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining accurate data records while providing critical support in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. This role requires a proactive individual who can ensure data integrity, streamline CRM processes, and contribute to operational efficiency while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update data in CRM systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards. Conduct regular data audits and perform data cleansing to eliminate duplicates, errors, or outdated information. Support CRM-related projects, including workflow automation, reporting, and system optimization. Generate and deliver accurate reports and analytics to assist management in strategic decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and enhance CRM efficiency. Respond to internal inquiries regarding CRM records and data management procedures. Provide troubleshooting support and guidance for CRM users. Ensure adherence to data security protocols and company policies in all tasks. Required Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in data management, data entry, or CRM administration. Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or equivalent). Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a strong attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines. Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in data management, CRM support, or a similar role. Experience with CRM migration, reporting, and user support is a plus. Background in e-commerce, SaaS, or remote operations is advantageous. Working Hours Full-time remote position. Flexible schedule with core hours to coordinate with team members across different time zones. Occasional participation in virtual meetings and trainings may be required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities In-depth understanding of CRM systems, database management, and data analytics. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot data or system issues. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to completing tasks. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information.
