  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for both roles.
  • Knowledge of reservation systems and office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) is required.
  • Familiarity with the Sabi Sands Game Reserve and wildlife is advantageous.
  • Must be willing to live on-site at the lodge.
