The company values fresh ideas, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt in a constantly evolving market.The Role: Junior Graphic DesignerAs a Junior Graphic Designer, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to create compelling visual content for both digital and print platforms. This role is perfect for a creative professional with a strong eye for design, a passion for branding, and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. You will also support the marketing team with administrative and project coordination tasks to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaignsDesign engaging graphics for digital campaigns, websites, social media, newsletters, product packaging, and print mediaCreate promotional material for in-store events, giveaways, trade shows, and marketing campaignsEnsure graphics are optimized for web and mobile platforms in collaboration with the web teamEdit and manipulate product images as requiredMaintain brand consistency across all platforms and materialsManage multiple design projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProvide accurate time estimates for projects and deliver within deadlines and budget constraintsAssist with administrative tasks such as managing design files, maintaining databases, preparing presentations, obtaining quotes, scheduling, and coordinating with vendorsAbout YouFormal Graphic Design qualificationMinimum 2 years of experience in a graphic design roleStrong portfolio showcasing both digital and print workProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)Strong understanding of layout, colour, typography, and brandingExcellent communication skills and ability to interpret creative briefsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyHigh attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workBonus skills: basic video editing/motion graphics, e-commerce or product brand experience, photography skills
